About Rasma
I became interested in bridging the gap between conventional and alternative medicines after being a medical 'guinea pig' for the first 18 years of my life, which left me a compromised immune system.
I started studying nutrition, herbalism and homeopathy for myself in 1985. This branched out into interests in music and colour therapy, Sekhem, and energetic medicine. I am currently working towards my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine with a focus on Phytotherapy.
Formal qualifications:
- BMus (Hons) and MMus
- BSc (Hons) Health and Disease
- DipNut (Nutrition with Colour Therapy)
- Advanced Certificate in Quantum Biofeedback
- Doctor of Naturopathy (in progress)
- Indian Head Massage
- Emotional Freedom Techniques Level 1
- Sekhem Endorsed Master Teacher
Without conventional medicine I would not be here, but at the same time I believe strongly that healing must be viewed holistically. There is a growing culture around the world of holistic medicine, and I feel that Quantum Biofeedback provides one of the most comprehensive forms of health assessment, bringing together quantum science and well-being.
Sekhem has led me on a tremendous personal journey, which is still continuing. My training was completed with an intensive teacher-training course with Helen Belot in Scotland 2007, and I am now endorsed to teach others, which is a great honour. At its most basic level, Sekhem is a great tool for relaxation and stress reduction, but the ability to help people attain the intentions that will truly make a difference in their life is phenomenal and awe inspiring.
I feel privileged to be able to offer this level of health support.
